What he wanted: After following Mr. Vash to the ruins of an old colony ship, Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson, accidentally fell through the weakened floor and into a bio-engineering / genetic recombination chamber. Emerging from the chamber, they are understandably a little “high strung”....

Yeah... yeah... definately not something I would have usually dreamed up!

You know, this ain't even that fanservicey... yet it's more than I usually draw, so I had to fight that a bit here. Hope it's within acceptable limits for everyone ^_^

Anywho, colors inspired by the original character arts, but I took em in my own direction and had some fun with em! This isn't my usual linework, either... I really REALLY was going for the "Cel-style" look here, so I made everything as sharp and as fine as I could. I hope you can see the extra amount of time I spent in this!

That's also much more of a background than I usually do... I really tried to expand my horizons, here...

Anywho, hope ya guys enjoy this odd artwork! ^_^ This was quite draining to work on...

Tools: .3mm Pencil, 005 Micron Sakura Pen, Faber Castell Brush Pen, Photoshop CS2. Backgrounds, Inkwork, Coloring, and everything done in Photoshop CS2. A LOT done in CS2.
